What counts as a person?+
One employee record in your account counts as one person. You pick the band that covers your headcount, not a seat for everyone who wants to ask a question.
Is there a contract?+
Plans are monthly. Move up a band, move down, or stop, and the change applies from your next monthly date.
What if we go past 100 people?+
Tell us your headcount and we will price it with you. Multi-site groups and anyone running more than a hundred records get a quote rather than a band.
Is VAT included?+
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout for UK businesses.
Do we pay per question or per payroll run?+
Neither. The monthly price covers the band, however much you ask of it and however many runs you approve.
